Redemption Roasters Light Roast Peru

This coffee is sourced from El Perlamayo, a small 2 hectare plot run by the Rioja family, at 1900 meters above sea level.  The coffee cherries are washed and dried for 20 days to prepare them for storage and shipment.   Tasting notes include apricot and peach.
