Refund policy

The vast majority of our products are made to order with some level of customization available to the customer.  Therefore, our products are not returnable, except in the case that the product was not made to the correct specification or if the product is of substandard quality, in which case CCI would remanufacture the product, or issue a refund, at our discretion.
