Redemption Roasters Light Roast Rwanda

This is a natural process coffee with tasting notes of stone fruit, pear, and strawberry.  It is grown at 1599 meters above sea level in eastern Rwanda, in the Gatsibo District.  The Muhura processing station is a collective of 800 small farmers with access to extensive education and training to maximize yield and quality, which are the biggest factors in farmer income.
