Redemption Roasters Guatemala Medium Roast DECAF

This coffee goes through the washed process and then Swiss Water decaf process.  It is grown between 1400 and 1850 meters above sea level on a 5th generation farm operated by Andres Fahsen and his family in the Atitlan region of Guatemala.  IT has tasting notes of dried fruit, caramel, and cinnamon.
