Redemption Roasters Brazil Cascavel, Dark Roast

We are using the same Brazilian Cascavel beans as our medium roast, but we've roasted them a little bit longer to bring out a bolder, more roasted flavor.  These beans are not burnt like you might experience with lesser-grade coffee to mask inferior beans.  The darker roast loses the fruitiness of the medium roast in favor of a more classicly robust flavor.

Our standard-size bag is a full pound of coffee (16oz) whereas other specialty coffee roasters generally sell 12oz packages
