Farming/Grazing Lease available in Buena Vista, CO

Colorado Correctional Industries is seeking interested parties to lease portions of the DOC Ranch in Buena Vista Colorado. There is a total of 441 acres available, comprised of 367 acres of farm ground and 74 acres of summer pasture. The entire 441 acres will be available for grazing in the fall season upon completion of harvest. Both lease opportunities shall be bid on separately with the option to bid on both. Successful bidder(s) must meet all insurance requirements and must be approved to come on grounds by passing a background check and completing a consent to search form. Initial Contract(s) shall be effective for a one-year period from the date of execution. The Contract(s) may be renewed for up to (4) additional one-year periods at the sole discretion of the State, contingent upon contractual requirements being satisfied.
